{"data":{"id":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-2621","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"26 V.S.A. § 2621","heading":"Office of Professional Regulation","body":"(a) The Director shall:\n(1) provide general information to applicants for licensure as landscape architects;\n(2) explain appeal procedures to licensed landscape architects and applicants, and complaint procedures to the public;\n(3) administer fees as established by law;\n(4) receive applications for licensure; administer examinations; provide licenses to applicants qualified under this chapter; and renew, revoke, and reinstate licenses as ordered by an administrative law officer; and\n(5) refer all disciplinary matters to an administrative law officer.\n(b) The Director may adopt rules necessary to perform his or her duties under this section.","path":["Title 26: Professions and Occupations","Chapter 046: Landscape Architects","Subchapter 002: ADMINISTRATION"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/26/046/02621","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:17:08Z","sha256":"838e75f1dca3003970d92d149a18355df7f67f97f50eb23d965b0087d15b83bf","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-2613","next":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-2622"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
