{"data":{"id":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-3262a","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"26 V.S.A. § 3262a","heading":"Board of Allied Mental Health Practitioners","body":"(a) The Board of Allied Mental Health Practitioners is established.\n(b) The Board shall consist of six members appointed by the Governor pursuant to 3 V.S.A. §§ 129b and 2004.\n(1) Two members shall be licensed clinical mental health counselors; one member shall be a licensed marriage and family therapist; one member shall, at the time of appointment, be a nonlicensed and noncertified psychotherapist entered on the roster; and two members shall be public members.\n(2) The public members shall have no direct financial interest personally or through a spouse, parent, child, brother, or sister in clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychotherapy.\n(3) The professional members shall have at least three years of professional experience as a clinical mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychotherapist and shall be actively engaged in one of these professions during incumbency.\n(c) [Repealed.]","path":["Title 26: Professions and Occupations","Chapter 065: Clinical Mental Health Counselors","Subchapter 001: GENERAL PROVISIONS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/26/065/03262a","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:17:08Z","sha256":"ce8e62b7d1dce89aca5beb48b6c1001484940a95d3e081ba1779640e88e02919","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-3262","next":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-3263"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
