{"data":{"id":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-3282","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"26 V.S.A. § 3282","heading":"Records and equipment","body":"(a) A licensee shall maintain records relating to the sale of his or her goods and services and, upon request, shall make such records available to the Director for review. A licensee shall maintain records required to be kept under this section for a period of at least seven years from the date of the sale.\n(b) A licensee shall make the testing equipment available for periodic inspection by the Director or the Director’s designee, and shall have all testing equipment calibrated annually by the manufacturer or a qualified testing service in accordance with American National Standards Institute specifications.\n(c) The Director shall adopt rules implementing the provisions of this section.","path":["Title 26: Professions and Occupations","Chapter 067: Audiologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers","Subchapter 001: GENERAL PROVISIONS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/26/067/03282","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:17:08Z","sha256":"4f7d32aa8c4ce5b763686ccf66f73aa5c65fae0bffd75d64aa43cf1cda6a32a8","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-3281","next":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-3283"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
