{"data":{"id":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-3385","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"26 V.S.A. § 3385","heading":"Eligibility","body":"To be eligible for certification as a dietitian, an applicant:\n(1) shall not be in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or rule adopted in accordance with the provisions of the chapter; and\n(2)(A) shall have proof of registration as a registered dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; or\n(B) shall have:\n(i) received a bachelor of arts or science or a higher degree in dietetics from an accredited college or university; and\n(ii) satisfactorily completed a minimum of 900 practicum hours of supervision under an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics dietitian registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; and\n(iii) passed an examination to the satisfaction of the Director.","path":["Title 26: Professions and Occupations","Chapter 073: Dietitians"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/26/073/03385","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:17:08Z","sha256":"de39d33490d456f4cba406756316275c831fdf16bf2ef8c9ebdb5364bfbcdfdb","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-3384","next":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-3386"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
