{"data":{"id":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-371","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"26 V.S.A. § 371","heading":"Eligibility","body":"To be eligible for licensure as a podiatrist, an applicant must:\n(1) be entitled to licensure without examination under section 372 of this title; or\n(2) have attained the age of majority; and\n(3) have received a diploma or certificate of graduation from an accredited school of podiatric medicine approved by the Board; and\n(4) successfully complete all required steps of the examinations given by the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners, as set forth by the Board by rule; and\n(5) if the applicant has not engaged in practice as a podiatrist within the last three years, comply with the requirements for updating knowledge and skills as defined by Board rules.","path":["Title 26: Professions and Occupations","Chapter 007: Podiatry","Subchapter 002: LICENSURE"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/26/007/00371","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:17:07Z","sha256":"c03f50003ed815d3e1646260b1d4598cb6f057ede9054163a1624ec1f75c9cd2","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-370","next":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-372"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
