{"data":{"id":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-6012","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"26 V.S.A. § 6012","heading":"Grounds for disciplinary actions","body":"(a) An applicant or a registrant shall be subject to disciplinary action for the conduct listed in this section and in 3 V.S.A. § 129a:\n(1) A boxer, for fighting after failing a pre-fight physical examination.\n(2) A promoter:\n(A) for permitting a nonregistered boxer to participate in a match; or\n(B) for participating in a match or allowing a boxer or other participant to participate in a match while under suspension in another state or by another boxing regulatory organization.\n(3) A promoter, boxer, or participant, for violating any requirement of this subchapter or any rule adopted under this subchapter.\n(b) After hearing, and upon a finding of wrongdoing, the administrative law officer appointed under subsection 3 V.S.A. § 129(j) may take disciplinary action against a registrant or an applicant.","path":["Title 26: Professions and Occupations","Chapter 109: Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts","Subchapter 001: BOXING"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/26/109/06012","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:17:08Z","sha256":"417d7ad42c4a2ef6a08050dd527481eaa1646fc6e6fd2a0fa79f138779ee04b8","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-6011","next":"us-vt/26-v.s.a.-6013"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
