{"data":{"id":"us-vt/27a-v.s.a.-3-121","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"27A V.S.A. § 3-121","heading":"Notice to unit owners","body":"(a) An association shall deliver any notice required to be given by the association under this title to any mailing or electronic mail address a unit owner designates. Otherwise, the association may deliver notices by:\n(1) hand delivery to each unit owner;\n(2) hand delivery, U.S. mail postage paid, or commercially reasonable delivery service to the mailing address of each unit;\n(3) electronic means, if the unit owner has given the association an electronic address; or\n(4) any other method reasonably calculated to provide notice to the unit owner.\n(b) The ineffectiveness of a good faith effort to deliver notice by an authorized means does not invalidate action taken at or without a meeting.","path":["Title 27A: Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (1994)","Article 003: Management of the Common Interest Community"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/fullchapter/27A/003","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:17:08Z","sha256":"65a19a4f525c0bc7bc973120a1a6a7705f6639c9285a85f48d9fc30b32e2b9f1","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/27a-v.s.a.-3-120","next":"us-vt/27a-v.s.a.-3-122"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
