{"data":{"id":"us-vt/29-v.s.a.-926","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"29 V.S.A. § 926","heading":"Determinations of noncompliance with subchapter","body":"(a) In making a determination of whether a violation of this subchapter has occurred, the Commissioner may take into account any factors, information, sources of information, and materials determined reliable and relevant by the Commissioner, as determined on a case-by-case basis.
