The duties of legislative clerks shall be:\n(1) to prepare a copy of the acts and resolutions for printing;\n(2) to keep a register of lobbyists;\n(3) to prepare and distribute certified copies of resolutions as directed by the General Assembly;\n(4) to prepare index and tables of laws for the acts and resolves;\n(5) to prepare a legislative directory containing appropriate matter by December 1 of each odd numbered year; and\n(6) such other legislative duties as the Secretary shall assign.","path":["Title 3: Executive","Chapter 005: Secretary of State","Subchapter 001: GENERAL PROVISIONS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/03/005/00107","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T12:04:51Z","sha256":"e1407e27ba36d747c763a1b662869d964d6fa9542d7bdeca3b7894dae7374db8","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/3-v.s.a.-106","next":"us-vt/3-v.s.a.-108"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
