{"data":{"id":"us-vt/6-v.s.a.-336","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"6 V.S.A. § 336","heading":"Administrative penalty","body":"Consistent with chapter 1 of this title, the Secretary may assess an administrative penalty upon determining that a person has violated a rule issued under this chapter or has violated this chapter in the following manner:\n(1) distributed a feed, feed supplement, or dosage form animal health product without first obtaining the appropriate product registration;\n(2) distributed a commercial feed, feed supplement, or dosage form animal health product without appropriate labeling;\n(3) violated a cease and desist order;\n(4) failed to meet the product guarantee on the label or for the custom formula feed; or\n(5) distributed a commercial feed, feed supplement, or dosage form animal health product that is adulterated as defined in section 327 of this chapter.","path":["Title 6: Agriculture","Chapter 026: Commercial Feeds"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/06/026/00336","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T12:45:51Z","sha256":"3f87cc790c795ab263e131823ae67c2fd04562b65dc07e82c7126208f737feaf","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/6-v.s.a.-335","next":"us-vt/6-v.s.a.-351"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
