{"data":{"id":"us-vt/6-v.s.a.-4642","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"6 V.S.A. § 4642","heading":"Farm and Forestry Operations Security Special Fund","body":"(a) There is established the Farm and Forestry Operations Security Special Fund to be administered by the Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets and that shall be managed in accordance with 32 V.S.A. chapter 7, subchapter 5. The Fund shall consist of:\n(1) funds transferred by the General Assembly;\n(2) funds from public and private sources that the Secretary accepts for the Fund; and\n(3) funds from federal government aid for State support of farmers or forestry operations suffering income loss due to weather conditions.\n(b) The Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets shall ensure language accessibility of the Fund through procurement and provision of interpretation and translation services\n(c) All balances in the Fund at the end of any fiscal year shall be carried forward and remain part of the Fund.","path":["Title 6: Agriculture","Chapter 207: Promotion, Marketing, and Support of Vermont Farms, Foods, and Products","Subchapter 005: Farm and Forestry Operations Security Special Fund"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/06/207/04642","current_through":"2026 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-25T04:36:26Z","sha256":"0ec9c60f922cc89e751f9a0bac1d6c8b3adaf03fb917e4840fffe382958a3168","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/6-v.s.a.-4641","next":"us-vt/6-v.s.a.-4643"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
