{"data":{"id":"us-vt/7-v.s.a.-273","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"7 V.S.A. § 273","heading":"Wholesale dealer’s license","body":"(a) The Board of Liquor and Lottery may grant a wholesale dealer’s license to a person if the person:\n(1) submits an application on a form required by the Board;\n(2) pays the fee provided in section 204 of this title; and\n(3) satisfies the Board as to its qualifications as a wholesale dealer.\n(b) A wholesale dealer’s license holder may distribute or sell malt beverages, vinous beverages, or ready-to-drink spirits beverages to first- and second-class licensees and holders of educational sampling event permits.\n(c)(1) In no event shall a wholesale dealer’s license holder be permitted to carry on business allowed by a first-class license or second-class license.\n(2) A wholesale dealer’s license holder shall comply with the provisions of subsection 274(c) of this subchapter.","path":["Title 7: Alcoholic Beverages, Cannabis, and Tobacco","Chapter 009: Licensing","Subchapter 005: MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION OF ALCOHOL"],"source_url":"https://legislature.vermont.gov/statutes/section/07/009/00273","current_through":"2025 session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T13:20:51Z","sha256":"6798fb9aa6c3511b05b42575eac8940c295936f362e70ef71427a3302dc97244","source_id":"us-vt","stale":false,"prev":"us-vt/7-v.s.a.-272","next":"us-vt/7-v.s.a.-274"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
