{"data":{"id":"us-vt/8-v.s.a.-10506","jurisdiction":"us-vt","citation":"8 V.S.A. § 10506","heading":"Unsolicited distribution of cash advance contracts and notes","body":"No person shall distribute by mail, or in any other manner, to a Vermont resident an unsolicited cash advance contract or note in furtherance of that contract. A person who violates this section shall also be subject to the provisions of chapter 201, subchapter 6 of this title.
