{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-11.104b.150","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 11.104B.150","heading":"Unitrusts—Unitrust rates.","body":"(1) Except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.104B.180(2)(a), a unitrust rate may be:\n(a) A fixed unitrust rate; or\n(b) A unitrust rate that is determined for each period using:\n(i) A market index or other published data; or\n(ii) A mathematical blend of market indices or other published data over a stated number of preceding periods.\n(2) Except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.104B.180(2)(a), a unitrust policy may provide:\n(a) A limit on how high the unitrust rate determined under subsection (1)(b) of this section may rise;\n(b) A limit on how low the unitrust rate determined under subsection (1)(b) of this section may fall;\n(c) A limit on how much the unitrust rate determined under subsection (1)(b) of this section may increase over the unitrust rate for the preceding period or a mathematical blend of unitrust rates over a stated number of preceding periods;\n(d) A limit on how much the unitrust rate determined under subsection (1)(b) of this section may decrease below the unitrust rate for the preceding period or a mathematical blend of unitrust rates over a stated number of preceding periods; or\n(e) A mathematical blend of any of the unitrust rates determined under subsection (1)(b) of this section and (a) through (d) of this subsection.","path":["Title 11","Chapter 11.104B"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=11.104B.150","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:00:25Z","sha256":"f3f8ac31c896cd6445db863186d7861a5f1fd581c8cad5a6fe1a784371744000","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-11.104b.140","next":"us-wa/rcw-11.104b.160"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
