{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-15.35.220","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 15.35.220","heading":"Milk dealer license—Application for—Contents.","body":"Application for a license to act as a milk dealer shall be on a form prescribed by the director and shall contain, but not be limited to, the following:\n(1) The nature of the business to be conducted;\n(2) The full name and address of the person applying for the license if an individual; and if a partnership, the full name and address of each member thereof; and if a corporation, the full name and address of each officer and director;\n(3) The complete address at which the business is to be conducted;\n(4) Facts showing that the applicant has adequate personnel and facilities to properly conduct the business of a milk dealer;\n(5) Facts showing that the applicant has complied with all the rules prescribed by the director under the provisions of this chapter;\n(6) Any other reasonable information the director may require.","path":["Title 15","Chapter 15.35"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=15.35.220","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:06:31Z","sha256":"fddf3a351b9bab6b0ed2eb7a51ddfbc589a99a540c404a7ed20b556a1d04ccf1","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-15.35.210","next":"us-wa/rcw-15.35.230"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
