{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-15.36.511","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 15.36.511","heading":"Unlawful actions.","body":"(1) It is unlawful for any person to:\n(a) Interfere with or obstruct any person in the performance of official duties under this chapter;\n(b) Employ a tester, sampler, weigher, grader, or pasteurizer who is not licensed as a dairy technician;\n(c) Alter or tamper with a seal placed by the director;\n(d) Alter or tamper with a sample of milk or milk products taken or sealed by the director; or\n(e) Operate as a milk producer or milk processing plant without obtaining a license from the director.\n(2) Except as provided under RCW 15.36.131, it is unlawful for a milk processing plant to accept milk from a person not licensed as a producer or milk processor.","path":["Title 15","Chapter 15.36"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=15.36.511","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:06:36Z","sha256":"ece970e6434b7fb6d74a4444496a1d1758d431dcd23782a3c79eba8407c1f606","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-15.36.491","next":"us-wa/rcw-15.36.525"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
