{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-15.76.140","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 15.76.140","heading":"Eligibility requirements for state allocation.","body":"(1) Before any agricultural fair may become eligible for state allocations it must have conducted two successful consecutive annual fairs immediately preceding application for such allocations, and have its application therefor approved by the director.\n(2) The director may waive the requirement in subsection (1) of this section if:\n(a) A county fair reorganizing as an area fair has, through a current or predecessor organization, received an allocation from the fair fund as a county fair for at least two years; or\n(b) A fair is not held due to a natural disaster such as a flood or wildfire.","path":["Title 15","Chapter 15.76"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=15.76.140","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:08:09Z","sha256":"5ad8eeffc7c5abd6aba951318faf1f5a56e4b81d26072dd919ddb0c80f7b5438","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-15.76.120","next":"us-wa/rcw-15.76.150"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
