{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-15.80.450","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 15.80.450","heading":"Weighmaster's license—Applications—Fee.","body":"(1) Any person may apply to the director for a weighmaster's license. Such application shall be on a form prescribed by the director and shall include:\n(a) The full name of the person applying for such license and, if the applicant is a partnership, association, or corporation, the full name of each member of the partnership or the names of the officers of the association or corporation;\n(b) The principal business address of the applicant in this state and elsewhere;\n(c) The names and addresses of the persons authorized to receive and accept service of summons and legal notice of all kinds for the applicant;\n(d) The location of each scale subject to the applicant's control and from which certified weights will be issued;\n(e) The state unified business identifier number for the operator of the scale; and\n(f) Such other information as the director identifies as necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter and adopts by rule.\n(2) Such annual application shall be accompanied by a license fee of eighty dollars for each scale from which certified weights will be issued.","path":["Title 15","Chapter 15.80"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=15.80.450","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:08:14Z","sha256":"8aad8a353760c0f77a968efd2029948cfbdc4d8212bb070616ac8d3a9f93d83c","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-15.80.440","next":"us-wa/rcw-15.80.460"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
