{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-15.92.060","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 15.92.060","heading":"Laboratory responsibilities.","body":"The responsibilities of the laboratory shall include:\n(1) Evaluating regional requirements for minor crop registration through the federal IR-4 program;\n(2) Providing a program for tracking the availability of effective pesticides for minor crops, minor uses, and emergency uses in this state;\n(3) Conducting studies on the fate of pesticides on crops and in the environment, including soil, air, and water;\n(4) Improving pesticide information and education programs;\n(5) Assisting federal and state agencies with questions regarding registration of pesticides which are deemed critical to crop production, consistent with priorities established in RCW 15.92.070; and\n(6) Assisting in the registration of biopesticides, pheromones, and other alternative chemical and biological methods.","path":["Title 15","Chapter 15.92"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=15.92.060","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:08:47Z","sha256":"4e8b5c8a9b5c5d1046f9d4291e483b17c9bc79ac2ec175f8780537f2c557e2e7","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-15.92.050","next":"us-wa/rcw-15.92.070"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
