{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-16.49.095","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 16.49.095","heading":"Denial, suspension, revocation of license—Grounds—Request for hearing.","body":"(1) The director may deny, suspend, or revoke any license required under this chapter if the director determines that an applicant or licensee has committed any of the following acts:\n(a) Refused, neglected, or failed to comply with the provisions of this chapter, the rules adopted under this chapter, or any lawful order of the director;\n(b) Refused, neglected, or failed to keep and maintain records required under this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter to make the records available to the director on request;\n(c) Refused the director access to any facilities or parts of the facilities for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter; or\n(d) Refused, neglected, or failed to comply with any provisions of chapter 15.130 RCW or rules adopted under that chapter.\n(2) Upon receipt of notice by the director to deny, suspend, or revoke a license, a person may request a hearing under chapter 34.05 RCW.","path":["Title 16","Chapter 16.49"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=16.49.095","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:12:47Z","sha256":"3aeabad004ac36ed053d7438a998d42b5797ed33b80c28214f123420a7a55848","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-16.49.085","next":"us-wa/rcw-16.49.105"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
