{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-16.58.040","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 16.58.040","heading":"Certified feed lot license—Required—Application, contents.","body":"Any person desiring to engage in the business of operating one or more certified feed lots shall obtain an annual license from the director for that purpose. The application for a license shall be on a form prescribed by the director and shall include the following:\n(1) The number of certified feed lots the applicant intends to operate and their exact location and mailing address;\n(2) The legal description of the land on which the certified feed lot will be situated;\n(3) A complete description of the facilities used for feeding and handling of cattle at each certified feed lot;\n(4) The estimated number of cattle which can be handled for feeding purposes at each certified feed lot; and\n(5) Any other information necessary to carry out the purpose and provisions of this chapter and rules adopted under this chapter.","path":["Title 16","Chapter 16.58"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=16.58.040","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:13:14Z","sha256":"1def55992be0b161673ad62526b849e1b85efd494a4f313e26cbaf131b63add4","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-16.58.030","next":"us-wa/rcw-16.58.050"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
