{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-18.04.335","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 18.04.335","heading":"Reissuance or modification of suspension of license.","body":"(1) Upon application in writing and after hearing pursuant to notice, the board may:\n(a) Modify the suspension of, or reissue a license to, an individual whose license has been revoked or suspended; or\n(b) Modify the suspension of, or reissue a license to a firm whose license has been revoked, suspended, or which the board has refused to renew.\n(2) In the case of suspension for failure to comply with a support order under chapter 74.20A RCW, if the person has continued to meet all other requirements for reinstatement during the suspension, reissuance of a license shall be automatic upon the board's receipt of a release issued by the department of social and health services stating that the individual is in compliance with the order.","path":["Title 18","Chapter 18.04"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=18.04.335","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:14:41Z","sha256":"e3fb8a31025f32bdf4669c48aa5020a3c180c8b1341a5d3427ca705d98295a69","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-18.04.320","next":"us-wa/rcw-18.04.345"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
