{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-18.86.070","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 18.86.070","heading":"Duration of agency relationship.","body":"(1) The agency relationships established pursuant to this chapter continue until the earliest of the following:\n(a) Completion of performance by the broker;\n(b) Expiration of the term agreed upon by the parties;\n(c) Termination of the relationship by mutual agreement of the parties; or\n(d) Termination of the relationship by notice from either party to the other.
