{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-23.100.0204","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 23.100.0204","heading":"Executing of records to be delivered for filing to secretary of state.","body":"A record delivered to the secretary of state for filing pursuant to chapter 23.95 RCW and this chapter must be executed as follows:\n(1) A limited cooperative association's initial articles of organization must be executed by at least one person acting as an organizer.\n(2) A statement of withdrawal under RCW 23.95.215 must be executed as provided in that section.\n(3) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (4) of this section, a record executed by an existing association must be executed by an officer.\n(4) A record filed on behalf of a dissolved association must be executed by a person winding up activities under RCW 23.100.1006(2) or a person appointed under RCW 23.100.1006(3) to wind up those activities.\n(5) Any other record delivered on behalf of a person to the secretary of state for filing must be executed by that person.","path":["Title 23","Chapter 23.100"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=23.100.0204","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:37:38Z","sha256":"c1f8f3ea67fb560ca52fa0be76768587bd0e59eedbf6a0ef90170de791d18729","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-23.100.0203","next":"us-wa/rcw-23.100.0301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
