{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-24.03a.460","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 24.03A.460","heading":"Inspectors of election.","body":"(1) A membership corporation may appoint one or more inspectors to act at a meeting of members and make a report in the form of a record of the inspectors' determinations. Each inspector shall execute the duties of inspector impartially and according to the best of the inspector's ability.\n(2) The inspectors must:\n(a) Ascertain the number of members and delegates, and their voting power;\n(b) Determine the members and delegates present at a meeting;\n(c) Determine the validity of proxies and ballots;\n(d) Count all votes; and\n(e) Determine the result.\n(3) An inspector may, but need not, be a director, member, officer, or employee of the membership corporation.
