{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-28b.10.151","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 28B.10.151","heading":"Diversity, equity, inclusion, and antiracism—Reports.","body":"By December 31, 2024, and biennially thereafter, the state board for community and technical colleges and an organization representing the presidents of the public four-year institutions of higher education shall each submit a report to the higher education committees of the legislature in accordance with RCW 43.01.036 for their respective institutions of higher education. The reports must include the following:\n(1) Information on the professional development programs implemented by each institution of higher education, including updates on progress towards meeting the goal outlined in section 1, chapter 275, Laws of 2021;\n(2) A summary of results of the campus climate assessments and other relevant information received by the institutions of higher education; and\n(3) By December 31, 2026, and biennially thereafter, the reports must also include information on the student diversity, equity, inclusion, and antiracism programs implemented by each institution of higher education.","path":["Title 28B","Chapter 28B.10"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=28B.10.151","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:51:42Z","sha256":"ba5b1edd0eebe560e9358842cc5197ee3f3f873990f97a6517c8a642520fc9e9","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-28b.10.149","next":"us-wa/rcw-28b.10.170"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
