{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-28b.126.010","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 28B.126.010","heading":"Definitions.","body":"The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.\n(1) \"Eligible participant\" means a member of a federally recognized Indian tribe as defined in RCW 43.376.010 who files a financial aid application approved by the office and enrolls in a state-registered apprenticeship program.\n(2) \"Gift aid\" has the same definition as in RCW 28B.145.010.\n(3) \"Office\" means the office of student financial assistance within the student achievement council.\n(4) \"State-registered apprenticeship program\" means an approved apprenticeship program under chapter 49.04 RCW that has been approved to participate in state financial aid programs.","path":["Title 28B","Chapter 28B.126"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=28B.126.010","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:55:24Z","sha256":"2a1c9b950923d3d4a7b17bcad5bf0f664dce8021115b6024f7d214b722d84790","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-28b.126.005","next":"us-wa/rcw-28b.126.020"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
