{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-28b.14h.060","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 28B.14H.060","heading":"Projects for the 2005-07 and 2007-09 biennia—Intent.","body":"The legislature intends to use the proceeds from the sale of bonds issued under this chapter for the following projects during the 2005-07 and 2007-09 biennia:\n(1) For the University of Washington:\n(a) Life sciences I building;\n(b) Bothell branch campus phase 2B;\n(2) For Washington State University:\n(a) Spokane Riverpoint campus - academic center building;\n(b) Pullman campus - Holland Library renovation;\n(c) Pullman campus - biotechnology/life sciences 1;\n(d) Tri-Cities campus - bioproducts and sciences building; and\n(e) Intercollegiate College of Nursing, Spokane - nursing building at Riverpoint;\n(3) For Eastern Washington University: Hargreaves Hall;\n(4) For Central Washington University: Hogue technology;\n(5) For The Evergreen State College:\n(a) Daniel J.
