{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-30b.12.050","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 30B.12.050","heading":"Certain criminal offenses.","body":"(1) An officer, director, manager, managing participant, employee, shareholder, or participant of a state trust company commits an offense if the person knowingly:\n(a) Conceals information or a fact, or removes, destroys, or conceals a book or record of the state trust company for the purpose of concealing information or a fact from the director or an agent of the director; or\n(b) For the purpose of concealing, removes or destroys any book or record of the state trust company that is material to a pending or anticipated legal or administrative proceeding.\n(2) An officer, director, manager, managing participant, or employee of a state trust company commits an offense if the person knowingly makes a false entry in the books or records or in any report or statement of the state trust company.\n(3) An offense under this section is a class B felony.","path":["Title 30B","Chapter 30B.12"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=30B.12.050","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:02:42Z","sha256":"60e26ef45b42ea9b5687234371373da3943d980a13703b1fc151350459d5d560","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-30b.12.040","next":"us-wa/rcw-30b.12.060"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
