{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-33.48.200","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 33.48.200","heading":"Permit authorizing sale of stock—Application—Contents.","body":"An application for a permit to sell stock shall be in writing and shall be filed in the office of the director by the association.\nThe application shall include the following:\n(1) Regarding the association:\n(a) The names and addresses of its officers;\n(b) The location of its office;\n(c) An itemized account of its financial condition within ninety days of the filing date; and\n(d) A copy of all minutes of any proceedings of its directors, shareholders, or stockholders relating to or affecting the issue of such stock;\n(2) Regarding the offering:\n(a) The names and addresses of the selling stockholders and of the officers of any selling corporation and the partners of any selling partnership;\n(b) A copy of any contract concerning the sale of the stock;\n(c) A copy of a prospectus or advertisement or other description of the stock prepared for distribution or publication in accordance with requirements prescribed by the director;\n(d) A brief description of the method by which the stock is to be offered for sale including the offering price and the underwriting commissions and expense, if any; and\n(3) Such additional information as the director may require.","path":["Title 33","Chapter 33.48"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=33.48.200","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:06:43Z","sha256":"a65bfa828d4ba9cf8fa2f28bf39c5324e89fa862a1782347761e99adc1830cff","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-33.48.190","next":"us-wa/rcw-33.48.210"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
