{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-35a.21.310","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 35A.21.310","heading":"Mobile home, manufactured home, or park model moving or installing—Copies of permits—Definitions.","body":"(1) A code city shall transmit a copy of any permit issued to a tenant or the tenant's agent for a mobile home, manufactured home, or park model installation in a mobile home park to the landlord.\n(2) A code city shall transmit a copy of any permit issued to a person engaged in the business of moving or installing a mobile home, manufactured home, or park model in a mobile home park to the tenant and the landlord.\n(3) As used in this section:\n(a) \"Landlord\" has the same meaning as in RCW 59.20.030;\n(b) \"Mobile home park\" has the same meaning as in RCW 59.20.030;\n(c) \"Mobile or manufactured home installation\" has the same meaning as in *RCW 43.63B.010; and\n(d) \"Tenant\" has the same meaning as in RCW 59.20.030.","path":["Title 35A","Chapter 35A.21"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=35A.21.310","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:23:22Z","sha256":"49fd05f16769cc2995b21a28edb5675d688a955c7502a12187e3afd708973df4","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-35a.21.305","next":"us-wa/rcw-35a.21.312"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
