{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-36.93.130","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 36.93.130","heading":"Notice of intention—Contents.","body":"The notice of intention shall contain the following information:\n(1) The nature of the action sought;\n(2) A brief statement of the reasons for the proposed action;\n(3) The legal description of the boundaries proposed to be created, abolished or changed by such action: PROVIDED, That the legal description may be altered, with concurrence of the initiators of the proposed action, if a person designated by the county legislative authority as one who has expertise in legal descriptions makes a determination that the legal description is erroneous; and\n(4) A county assessor's map on which the boundaries proposed to be created, abolished or changed by such action are designated: PROVIDED, That at the discretion of the boundary review board a map other than the county assessor's map may be accepted.","path":["Title 36","Chapter 36.93"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=36.93.130","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:33:17Z","sha256":"e0a8c287b81e74446d0bdd18efdb5e2ea8b77385054a2176b9db72d48645e07f","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-36.93.120","next":"us-wa/rcw-36.93.140"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
