{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-41.04.670","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 41.04.670","heading":"Leave sharing program—Adoption of rules.","body":"The office of financial management and other personnel authorities shall each adopt rules applicable to employees under their respective jurisdictions: (1) Establishing appropriate parameters for the program which are consistent with the provisions of RCW 41.04.650 through 41.04.665; (2) providing for equivalent treatment of employees between their respective jurisdictions and allowing transfers of leave in accordance with RCW 41.04.665(5); (3) establishing procedures to ensure that the program does not significantly increase the cost of providing leave; and (4) providing for the administration of the program and providing for maintenance and collection of sufficient information on the program to allow a thorough legislative review.","path":["Title 41","Chapter 41.04"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=41.04.670","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:42:15Z","sha256":"b54725d2aed6d15da19c87d43d5c412780dbebca4bd17b7354ca8dacd08397ff","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-41.04.665","next":"us-wa/rcw-41.04.671"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
