{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-43.216.705","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 43.216.705","heading":"Child care providers—Tiered-reimbursement system—Pilot sites.","body":"(1) Subject to the availability of amounts appropriated for this specific purpose, the department shall implement the tiered-reimbursement system developed pursuant to section 6, chapter 490, Laws of 2005. Implementation of the tiered-reimbursement system shall initially consist of two pilot sites in different geographic regions of the state with demonstrated public-private partnerships, with statewide implementation to follow.\n(2) In implementing the tiered-reimbursement system, consideration shall be given to child care providers who provide staff wage progression.\n(3) The department shall begin implementation of the two pilot sites by March 30, 2006.","path":["Title 43","Chapter 43.216"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=43.216.705","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:58:11Z","sha256":"643e568de037899bff23e89d46b36f981d338d0dfa26ff3c0d8fd4024e67ea12","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-43.216.700","next":"us-wa/rcw-43.216.710"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
