(Contingent expiration date.)","body":"(1) To assist the department in developing and providing the report to the legislature required in RCW 43.30.582, the commissioner must appoint a marbled murrelet advisory committee.\n(2) The marbled murrelet advisory committee may include one or more representatives from the following categories:\n(a) State trust lands beneficiaries;\n(b) Impacted state forestlands beneficiaries, including counties;\n(c) Junior taxing districts;\n(d) Environmental organizations;\n(e) Local governments or an association representing local governments;\n(f) Milling interests or an association representing milling interests;\n(g) Private forestland owners or a statewide association representing private forestland owners; and\n(h) Local public interest groups.\n(3) The advisory committee required under this section may consult with relevant state and federal agencies and tribes.","path":["Title 43","Chapter 43.30"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=43.30.583","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:49:09Z","sha256":"da69bcb9439cb3d9c7a5112eb48cb01c88f6e72672a844d9527fe0062710f8c1","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-43.30.582","next":"us-wa/rcw-43.30.600"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
