A domestic violence high risk team must, at a minimum, include the following four elements:\n(a) Early identification of the most dangerous cases through evidence-based lethality assessments;\n(b) Increased access to supportive services for high-risk victims;\n(c) Increased perpetrator monitoring and accountability; and\n(d) A coordinated response to high-risk cases through a multidisciplinary team.\n(2) A domestic violence program must be the lead or co-lead of the domestic violence high risk teams.","path":["Title 43","Chapter 43.330"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=43.330.600","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:59:06Z","sha256":"439367101cc77d6bb16e08113f89e369e88a2977c349b0b841a2ebf7d10a874c","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-43.330.595","next":"us-wa/rcw-43.330.610"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
