{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-43.330.725","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 43.330.725","heading":"Youth and young adults exiting publicly funded system of care—System of care grants.","body":"(1) Subject to the amounts appropriated for this specific purpose, the office of homeless youth prevention and protection programs shall provide system of care grants that prevent youth from exiting a publicly funded system of care into homelessness.\n(2) The system of care grants funded under this section shall provide support to youth exiting a publicly funded system of care and may include:\n(a) Behavioral health services;\n(b) Civil legal aid;\n(c) Peer navigators and support;\n(d) Family reconciliation or engagement services;\n(e) Employment support;\n(f) Education support;\n(g) Case management;\n(h) Housing and financial support; or\n(i) Other navigation support to secure safe and stable housing.\n(3) For purposes of this section, \"publicly funded system of care\" has the same meaning as provided in RCW 43.330.720.","path":["Title 43","Chapter 43.330"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=43.330.725","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:59:06Z","sha256":"06a8d254ca51b73201a5a8fba94888cb6e7f4c6c9ddb91829b0ec9624ea476d5","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-43.330.723","next":"us-wa/rcw-43.330.726"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
