Expenditures from the account may be used in the following order of priority:\n(1) Funding the statewide coordinating committee on sex trafficking;\n(2) Programs that provide mental health and substance abuse counseling, parenting skills training, housing relief, education, and vocational training for youth who have been diverted for a prostitution or prostitution loitering offense pursuant to RCW 13.40.213;\n(3) Funding for services provided to sexually exploited children as defined in RCW 13.32A.030 in secure and semi-secure crisis residential centers with access to staff trained to meet their specific needs;\n(4) Funding for services specified in RCW * 74.14B.060 and 74.14B.070 for sexually exploited children; and\n(5) Funding the grant program to enhance prostitution prevention and intervention services under RCW 43.63A.720.","path":["Title 43","Chapter 43.63A"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=43.63A.740","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:50:52Z","sha256":"fb72e7ac8e25f19d1fe29d6eb53ea7d5acf41c80742a78aed69dfa07bce404e7","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-43.63a.735","next":"us-wa/rcw-43.63a.750"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
