{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-46.16a.360","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 46.16A.360","heading":"Thirty, sixty, or ninety-day permits for registered out-of-state commercial vehicles.","body":"The owner of a commercial vehicle properly registered in another state may apply to the department, county auditor or other agent, or subagent appointed by the director for an out-of-state commercial vehicle intrastate permit when operating the commercial vehicle in Washington state for periods less than one year. The permit may be issued for a thirty, sixty, or ninety-day period.
