All funds collected, except the amount retained by authorized agents of the department as provided in RCW 46.44.096, shall be forwarded to the state treasury and shall be deposited in the motor vehicle fund:\nAll overlegal loads, except overweight, single\ntrip. . . .$ 10.00\nContinuous operation of overlegal loads\nhaving either overwidth or overheight\nfeatures only, for a period not to exceed\n30 days. . . .$ 20.00\nContinuous operations of overlegal loads\nhaving overlength features only, for a\nperiod not to exceed 30 days. . . .$ 10.00\nContinuous operation of a combination of\nvehicles having one trailing unit that\nexceeds 53 feet and is not\nmore than 56 feet in length, for\na period of one year. . . .$ 100.00\nContinuous operation of a combination of\nvehicles having two trailing units\nwhich together exceed 61 feet and\nare not more than 68 feet in\nlength, for a period of one year. . . .$ 100.00\nContinuous operation of a combination of\nvehicles having two trailing units\nhauling fluid/liquid nondivisible milk,\nwhich together exceed 61 feet and\nare not more than 85 feet in length, for\na period of one year. . . .$ 300.00\nContinuous operation of a three-axle fixed\nload vehicle having less than 65,000\npounds gross weight, for a period not\nto exceed 30 days. . . .$ 70.00\nContinuous operation of a four-axle fixed load\nvehicle meeting the requirements of\nRCW 46.44.091(1) and weighing less than\n86,000 pounds gross weight, not to exceed\n30 days. . . .$ 90.00\nContinuous movement of a mobile home or manufactured\nhome having nonreducible features not to\nexceed 85 feet in total length and\n14 feet in width, for a period of\none year. . . .$ 150.00\nContinuous operation of a class C tow truck or a\nclass E tow truck with a class C rating while\nperforming emergency and nonemergency tows of\noversize or overweight, or both, vehicles and\nvehicle combinations, under rules adopted by the\ntransportation commission, for a period of\none year. . . .$ 150.00\nContinuous operation of a class B tow truck or a\nclass E tow truck with a class B rating while\nperforming emergency and nonemergency tows of\noversize or overweight, or both, vehicles and\nvehicle combinations, under rules adopted by the\ntransportation commission, for a period of\none year. . . .$ 75.00\nContinuous operation of a two or three-axle\ncollection truck, actually engaged in the\ncollection of solid waste or recyclables,\nor both, under chapter 81.77 or 35.21 RCW\nor by contract under RCW 36.58.090, for\none year with an additional 6,000\npounds more than the weight authorized in\nRCW 46.16A.455 on the rear axle of a two-axle\ntruck or 8,000 pounds for the tandem\naxles of a three-axle truck.
