{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-46.61.708","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 46.61.708","heading":"Motorcycles previously converted as snow bikes.","body":"A person may operate a motorcycle, that previously had been converted to a snow bike, upon a public road, street, or highway of this state if:\n(1) The person files a motorcycle highway use declaration, as provided under RCW 46.16A.460, with the department certifying conformance with all applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards and state standards while in use as a motorcycle upon public roads, streets, or highways;\n(2) The person obtains a valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement issued to Washington residents in compliance with chapter 46.20 RCW for a motorcycle; and\n(3) The motorcycle conforms to all applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards and state standards.","path":["Title 46","Chapter 46.61"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=46.61.708","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:20:50Z","sha256":"d986013df0aa4bd8489d7db7d156021a875a6101bee68c0d64f38942867173e3","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-46.61.705","next":"us-wa/rcw-46.61.710"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
