{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-46.64.025","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 46.64.025","heading":"Failure to respond, appear, or comply—Notice to department.","body":"Whenever any person fails to respond to a notice of traffic infraction for a moving violation, fails to appear at a hearing for a moving violation, or fails to comply with the terms of a criminal complaint or criminal citation for a moving violation, the court with jurisdiction over the traffic infraction, or traffic-related criminal complaint or criminal citation[,] shall promptly give notice of such fact to the department of licensing.
