{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-46.68.460","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 46.68.460","heading":"Special fuel trip permit fee—Distribution.","body":"The special fuel trip permit fee imposed under RCW 46.17.400(1)(f) for special fuel trip permits issued under RCW 82.38.100 must be distributed as follows:\n(1) One dollar to be retained by the county auditor or businesses appointed by the department to defray expenses incurred in handling and selling special fuel trip permits;\n(2) Five dollars to the state patrol highway account to be used for commercial motor vehicle inspections;\n(3) Five dollars to the motor vehicle fund to be distributed as follows:\n(a) If paid by motor carriers, to be used for supporting vehicle weigh stations, weigh-in-motion programs, and the commercial vehicle information systems and networks program;\n(b) If paid by a person other than a motor carrier, to be used for supporting congestion relief programs; and\n(4) Nineteen dollars to the credit of the motor vehicle fund created in RCW 46.68.070.","path":["Title 46","Chapter 46.68"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=46.68.460","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T03:05:35Z","sha256":"612b1d582327b19242eb32ff57d3be24070ba3fb33a015e6b30b6f91b3686c91","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-46.68.455","next":"us-wa/rcw-46.68.470"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
