{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-46.79.030","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 46.79.030","heading":"Application for license, renewal—Form—Signature—Contents.","body":"Application for a hulk hauler's license or a scrap processor's license or renewal of a hulk hauler's license or a scrap processor's license shall be made on a form for this purpose, furnished by the director, and shall be signed by the applicant or his or her authorized agent and shall include the following information:\n(1) Name and address of the person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation under which name the business is to be conducted;\n(2) Names and residence address of all persons having an interest in the business or, if the owner is a corporation, the names and addresses of the officers thereof;\n(3) Certificate of approval of the chief of police of any city or town, wherever located, having a population of over five thousand persons and in all other instances a member of the state patrol certifying that the applicant can be found at the address shown on the application; and\n(4) Any other information that the director may require.","path":["Title 46","Chapter 46.79"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=46.79.030","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T03:06:23Z","sha256":"5a55ae7f57539367e79993ba9c7a50e1568ee8b82cce4aaa87297f3b1360bd5a","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-46.79.020","next":"us-wa/rcw-46.79.040"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
