{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-46.80.030","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 46.80.030","heading":"Application for license—Contents.","body":"Application for a vehicle wrecker's license or renewal of a vehicle wrecker's license shall be made on a form for this purpose, furnished by the department of licensing, and shall be signed by the vehicle wrecker or his or her authorized agent and shall include the following information:\n(1) Name and address of the person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation under which name the business is to be conducted;\n(2) Names and residence address of all persons having an interest in the business or, if the owner is a corporation, the names and addresses of the officers thereof;\n(3) Certificate of approval of the chief of police of any city or town having a population of over five thousand persons and in all other instances a member of the Washington state patrol certifying that:\n(a) The applicant has an established place of business at the address shown on the application; and\n(b) In the case of a renewal of a vehicle wrecker's license, the applicant is in compliance with this chapter and the provisions of Title 46 RCW, relating to registration and certificates of title: PROVIDED, That the above certifications in any instance can be made by an authorized representative of the department of licensing;\n(4) Any other information that the department may require.","path":["Title 46","Chapter 46.80"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=46.80.030","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T01:26:14Z","sha256":"1fd17bda88251b6384df39a4c7ac6b70a725e9c220da1e4ab629d4df424a246a","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-46.80.020","next":"us-wa/rcw-46.80.040"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
