{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-47.26.460","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 47.26.460","heading":"Increase in funds allocated to a project—Rules—Factors.","body":"The board shall adopt reasonable rules pursuant to which funds allocated to a project may be increased upon a subsequent application of the county, city, town, or transportation benefit district constructing the project. The rules adopted by the board shall consider the following factors: (1) The financial effect of increasing the original allocation for the project upon other urban arterial projects either approved or requested; (2) whether the project for which an additional authorization is requested can be reduced in scope while retaining a usable segment; (3) whether the cost of the project shown in the original application was based upon reasonable engineering estimates; and (4) whether the requested additional authorization is to pay for an expansion in the scope of work originally approved.","path":["Title 47","Chapter 47.26"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=47.26.460","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:21:25Z","sha256":"1d0759017dfbc0e7225876668f6495f5a63377d72404ee2510a524cabbd0ead2","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-47.26.450","next":"us-wa/rcw-47.26.500"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
