(Contingent effective date.)","body":"(1) A special account to be known as the Interstate 5 bridge replacement project account is created in the state treasury.\n(2) Deposits to the account must include:\n(a) All proceeds of bonds and loans issued on behalf of Washington state for the Interstate 5 bridge replacement project, including any capitalized interest;\n(b) All net tolls and other revenues received from the operation of the Interstate 5 bridge replacement project as a toll facility;\n(c) The Washington state portion of any interest that may be earned from the deposit or investment of those revenues;\n(d) Notwithstanding RCW 47.12.063, the Washington state portion of proceeds from the sale of any surplus real property acquired for the Interstate 5 bridge replacement project; and\n(e) The Washington state portion of all damages, liquidated or otherwise, collected under any contract involving the Interstate 5 bridge replacement project.\n(3) Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation, consistent with RCW 47.56.820.","path":["Title 47","Chapter 47.56"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=47.56.904","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T03:07:47Z","sha256":"96451e5437404637e1bc674fa4bac501c051d997412d531887771d6ac4f714f1","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-47.56.902","next":"us-wa/rcw-47.56.906"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
