{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-48.04.140","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 48.04.140","heading":"Stay of action on appeal.","body":"(1) The taking of an appeal shall not stay any action taken or proposed to be taken by the commissioner under the order appealed from unless a stay is granted by the court at a hearing held as part of the proceedings on appeal.\n(2) A stay shall not be granted by the court in any case where the granting of a stay would tend to injure the public interest.
