{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-48.10.230","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 48.10.230","heading":"Subscribers' advisory committee.","body":"(1) The advisory committee of a domestic reciprocal insurer exercising the subscribers' rights shall be selected under such rules as the subscribers adopt.\n(2) Not less than three-fourths of such committee shall be composed of subscribers other than the attorney, or any person employed by, representing, or having a financial interest in the attorney.\n(3) The committee shall:\n(a) Supervise the finances of the insurer;\n(b) supervise the insurer's operations to such extent as to assure their conformity with the subscribers' agreement and power of attorney;\n(c) procure the audit of the accounts and records of the insurer and of the attorney at the expense of the insurer;\n(d) have such additional powers and functions as may be conferred by the subscribers' agreement.","path":["Title 48","Chapter 48.10"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=48.10.230","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T03:11:52Z","sha256":"065f55cb5f82916ae304198805bb0ce4bcb28416f803eb150429c8b4c35c082e","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-48.10.220","next":"us-wa/rcw-48.10.250"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
