{"data":{"id":"us-wa/rcw-48.17.150","jurisdiction":"us-wa","citation":"RCW 48.17.150","heading":"Continuing education courses and requirements—Rules.","body":"(1) The commissioner shall by rule establish minimum continuing education requirements for the renewal or reissuance of a license to an insurance producer.\n(2) The commissioner may by rule establish minimum continuing education requirements for the renewal or reissuance of a license to a crop adjuster, an independent adjuster, and a public adjuster.\n(3) The commissioner shall require that continuing education courses will be made available on a statewide basis in order to ensure that persons residing in all geographical areas of this state will have a reasonable opportunity to attend such courses.\n(4) The continuing education requirements must be appropriate to the license for the lines of authority specified in RCW 48.17.170 or by rule.","path":["Title 48","Chapter 48.17"],"source_url":"https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=48.17.150","current_through":"July 15, 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T03:12:32Z","sha256":"122df7f41c158cf1e05728f03bb32d714bbca505971a20a1a5514bf0f185a097","source_id":"us-wa","stale":false,"prev":"us-wa/rcw-48.17.125","next":"us-wa/rcw-48.17.153"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
